Matthew Triggs, Esq. Florida Bar Complaint that Went IGNORED.

TRIGGS FLORIDA BAR COMPLAINT EXPOSING CONFLICT OF INTERESTS AND VIOLATIONS OF PUBLIC OFFICE

FLORIDA BAR ATTEMPTS TO USE PENDING LEGISLATION VERSUS LAW TO ATTEMPT TO EXONERATE TRIGGS WHILE ADMITTING THAT TRIGGS VIOLATED HIS PUBLIC OFFICE RULES AND ACTED IN CONFLICT. IT IS THE BEST SHOULDA COULDA WOULDA LETTER EVER AND SHOWS A PATTERN OF CHANGING LAWS TO SUIT CRIMES OR JUST USING PROPOSED LEGISLATION INSTEAD. ONE MUST ASK WHY THE FLORIDA BAR IS PUTTING FORWARD THE RESPONSE TO DEFEND TRIGGS. IS THE FLORIDA BAR A DRINKING ESTABLISHMENT

After reading the complaint by clicking above, you have to see how the Flabar, mired in conflicts, responded to the fact that Mathew Triggs had like Steven Krane, violated public office positions in the Supreme Court of Florida the Florida Bar, to represent his Proskauer Rose partners in conflict.

The Flabar, chief legal counsel, Anthony Boggs, even tried to dismiss the Matthew Triggs conflicts and violations of Florida Supreme Court offices by citing proposed legislation he had drafted but had not had approved as law, to exculpate them.

This should beg the question of just what Florida Bar counsel is doing writing exculpatory letters on behalf of those caught violating their public offices?

I guess Anthony Boggs figured nobody would know the real law at the time and with some fresh drafted verbiage could buy Matthew Triggs out for violating his Florida Supreme Court Bar post.

Amazingly, after you are finished reading that, you may ask what was Matthew Triggs response in his defense and again he never had to put one forth, as the Florida Bar did his legal work for him. ""
