Proskauer Rose Attorney Christopher Clarke Wheeler, Esq.

"Proskauer Rose Attorney Christopher Clarke Wheeler, Esq. (recently convicted on a felony DUI with injury charge in FL), was the first Proskauer partner to represent Iviewit in securing IP protections. In so doing, he brought in Kenneth Rubenstein, Esq. as patent counsel.

Rubenstein represented MPEGLA, LLC, currently alleged to be the largest user of the Iviewit inventions, in violation of conflict of interest laws and attorney client privilege that Rubenstein stands accused of blatlantly violating. Rubenstein was also ordered by the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division First Department for investigation in relation to the hiring of Steven C. Krane, former Pres of NYSBA and Proskauer partner, in a conflict of interest and appearance of impropriety charge involving complaints filed against him and his Proskauer partners.

The charge ordered for investigation claimed that Krane represented his partners and his own complaint, while holding high level offices within the investigatory department, without any disclosure. Krane was similarly ordered for investigation by the Supreme Court Appellate Division First Department. The investigation was derailed by again finding conflicts with Proskauer and the investigatory departments.

Rubenstein is under federal investigation at the USPTO Office of Enrollment and Discipline, the USPTO and the FBI for allegedly aiding and abetting in the submission of fraudulent patent applications knowingly to the USPTO, a federal crime

A recent car bombing attempt on the main inventor, Eliot Bernstein, his wife and children, has elevated the matters to alleged attempted murder. Images of the car bomb which blew up three cars alongside it in Boynton Beach FL can be found at the iviewit website at www.iviewit.tv
