What is the BPLA Patent Office Practice Committee.

I am not sure what their job or agenda is and will be posting
much more on their role at a later date.

I cannot help but take note of some of the members as you will see on the now Gone Page Below, Todd A. Gerety of Proskauer Rose is on the Membership list. Makes me Wonder if the Affiliations, Conflicts of Interest, Shams and Corruption Potential really has a limit of any kind.

"The Patent Office Practice Committee focuses on all aspects of proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) such as the formal requirements for the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, professional ethical rules governing practice before the USPTO, and new rules and guidelines promulgated by the USPTO.

The purpose of the Patent Office Practice Committee is to inform and seek input from its Committee members regarding the latest developments in Patent Office Practice.

The Committee also provides a forum for speakers and members to discuss these developments and their practical effect on patent law practice.

The Patent Office Practice Committee periodically presents seminars covering topics relevant to Patent Office Practice at which all (members and non-members) are welcome.

The Committee, through its meetings, seeks to promote the professional development of BPLA members. We welcome suggestions for topics of discussion at seminars and meetings. Please feel free to contact either co-chair if you are interested in joining the Committee, have suggestions for topics or speakers, or wish to co-sponsor an event. "

Are you Kidding Ethics Watch, and Yada Yada, and Proskauer Rose involved, WHAT? Come on the United States Patent and Trademark Office is looking like a Sham, and well it seems that as long as your a member of some kind, on some board, have billions at your disposal and own the politicians and judges - well then a Trillion Dollar Patent is Yours... No Problem.

I have a Topic For them to have a Seminar On. How to Steal A Trillion Dollar Patent? Oh they must have already had that one and Proskauer Rose was front and center. Proskauer Rose is above the Law - I Personally have no doubt about that.
